Discussion / Unknown Artist - Awkward Songs

Alright I dont know how to word my title properly but here is my situation:

I have a megadeth album.. the greatist hits.. but when i put it on my pc, the name of one of the songs, Hangar 18 for example, is like: 1 Hangar 18 -- unknown artist..

and my problem is that im the only one on the score list because its not worded correctly..

how do i fix this without re-uploading the cd onto my pc?

like is there a way to go in to the cd folder and tell it to search online for the correct names?

Can you please add vegas to the hard difficulty setting? I sort of like playing as vegas but i would rather play on the hard difficulty

Well i was playing around with the negative, rust, outline, paint etc..

before i used black, with paint, and the track was black, background was black, blocks had this melting kind of look, very trippy when u know what..

but now, since ive fooled around (i went outline and black, then switched to negative, and then switched to white since i like a black background rather than white (whites so bright on the eyes when u have the lights off in ur room) and the track switched to white, which was fine for me..

but now when i switch back to my normal black background and outline (not paint, trying outline, but its the same with paint), the track remains white, like so:



i just want to be able to go back to my black background and black track, but i cant seem to make it go back

The newest update, not sure when it actually went live.. but i played a song i had gotten 75k on b4 (i usually play ninja mono) and i didnt even get ninja stealth, but my new score was 102k (woot).

The new update extends the brick score limit from 166 (u know how every time u hit a grey it resets to 0) to 200 per brick, makes not hitting greys that much better.. but something else i noticed (not sure if this is true) but it seems like u get back up to 200 quicker than u would get to 166 before (i hit a grey, and then went 1, 5 , 9, when b4 im pretty sure i would go 1, 3, 7 etc). but yeah overall nice job..

the performance enhancement it says on steam i didnt really notice.. u should make it more specific as to what sort of performance (low end users maybe?) it enhances.. because i actually stuttered once in the song.. but i didnt notice any fps increases

How can i make it so the audiosurf starting music either A) doesnt play or B) is quieter..

i always have to turn my volume down until that song ends, then turn it back up for the songs i play.. i dont know i just dont really like the song and it hurts my ears whenever it plays

Not sure if this has been suggested.. didnt see it on the most suggested list.. but if u you choose an album to play, start at whatever song, and instead of the game stopping at the end of the song and then u have to choose your next song.. perhaps it could be like a medly.. where the next song just starts playing right after the one u finish.. would be cool (would essentially make a song like 1+ hours, but im sure theres something u could do like analyzing each song individually then combining them just b4 u go to play)

This could also work for long songs, have the analyzer sort of break songs up into 20 minute sections then recombine them after the analyze is done, then we could play those super long songs...

Or if you did implement the album thing, we could split long songs into our own multiple songs, put it in one folder, then use this feature to play through a whole song

If you have the album Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness... play the game X.Y.U on the second disc..woah man epic ride...good mix of slow and then super fast (fastest ive seen, even faster than the silent song..) near hte end (for a short time) like super bright red fast... im uploading a video so i will post it when i have it..but imean theres a short little time when it gets super fast (not alot of grey traffic, but the speed is super fast)

How do you combine two videos into one? I just did a run of Dyers Eve By Metallica but it recorded in two videos... one at 3:50 or so and the other at 1:50 or so. How do i make it into one video?

I only have the free version of fraps and can only do 30 second videos. What programs (or is there a built in one) do people use to record? I see a bunch of videos on youtube... i want to do a bunch of my favourite songs and put them on youtube.
