Troubleshooting / So, how do you use Last.fm with Audiosurf?

Well, yeah, as in title.

It says in Audiosurf "Scrobble to Last.fm" (I don't even know what scrobble means!). So, is it like playing the internet radio through Audiosurf, playing a new song everytime another song has ended?
