Bit more data would be helpful.
Do you mean you've created an account in-game and you can't login there?
Have you tried verifying the Audiosurf files through Steam?

So you're using a pirated version and expect the servers to work. Are you not seeing a problem with this?
The only legal version is the Steam version. If you don't like Steam then unfortunately it's tough. I don't like Origin and so won't be buying Mass Effect 3. You win some, you lose some. Boycott the ones you don't agree with.
