it seems as Audiosurf is one of those games where I can play for a half hour to 45 minutes then it gets boring... but a couple of hours later, I want to play it again!! anybody agree or get that??

I mostly play once a week now (as soon as the ASOT podcasts come out, I rush to play them!!), which makes around 20 minutes per play session, but I remember I used to play through entire albums!!

Some days I don't even open Audiosurf...
other days, I'm in for a good 2 hours... depending on how many IMs I end up getting, and subject matter I've spend 6+ hours... *shrugs*

very much depends on teh charcter i play, when i started play AS i played mono which got boring very fast, but if im playing pointman or pusher, i find i get more playtime out of the game, and also have a few hundred gb's of music helps too.

I used to play for an hour, then I would rest and play again on the same day. What I do now is that I play for an hour or 2, then I leave the game alone until the next day.

I've not played for weeks, kinda ran up of time. Used to like to space out surfing an entire album back in the day though.

I usually surf 10min+ songs now, too bad I don't get my hands on those too often...

I have played many songs from CD compilations from the 1970s and 1980s. Recently, I have been playing songs from iTunes and I don't purchase an entire album. Therefore, I play a few songs from an album for a day. I then try to play songs from another album the next day.

Audiosurf comes in phases for me. It's my second most played Steam game even.

AS should make possible to run LONG mixes. like 1 hour. i get boring without music...

You can run 1hr long mixes in Audiosurf (OK, maybe not a full hour since it goes up until 59:59, so you'd be missing a second)

your not kidding!? last time i tried (a year ago i think xD) i couldn't!!

Though some lower spec PCs will suffer from lag between audio and video after a while, never tried above 24.00 myself (kinda limited to the longest song I have, and effort).

i tried with one about 26 min. not sure. and it only lagged at the begining for like 10 secs
