Think of the candy stripe achievement as a candy cane. It's a combination of reds and whites on the grid. Use this screenshot as your guide:

Do not include any other color on the grid.

Should note that you do not have to ignore other blocks entirely, as long as you at some point have just that pattern on the grid then you will get the achievement.

Does it have to be red and white, or can it be any colors?

red and white, and it has to start with red(since it is impossible to start with white), can be in any column though

Well i did the stripe and nothing happened. On that note... i cat get any achivment's ... any clue guys ?

Have you created a game account in-game? Though as far as I am aware it is unnecessary, but try it anyway.
