red bar at the bottom and flat audiosurf roads

Audiosurf will no longer render roads properly, it doesn't matter what song I input or anything, Audiosurf will show a red bar across the bottom of the window and render a completely flat road. I don't know what is wrong all of a sudden, but Audiosurf seems to no longer work!!

What message does the error bar show?
As Sensei said, tried verifying your game files?

it isn't showing an error message, just the red bar
