Introductions
« on: September 07, 2011, 05:28:25 am »
Hey all!

I've been lurking the forums the last few days, and though it seems a tad quiet it looks like a most lovely community! I've been hooked on Audiosurf lately, and noticed that most forum-goers seem to be more 'elite' at it, so I'm just hoping to get some pointers along the way ;)

I'm guessing most frequenters are from the US, so we're all probably in a different timezone as I'm Australian, so I'll generally be late to reply to anything!

Nice meeting you all, hope to chat in the future :)

Welcome, there's not much need in an intro, just start replying and taking part.

Not at all, there are regulars from all over.

I once made a topic where you were supposed to put a mark roughly on google maps. Wonder what happened to it.

It showed someone on heart & macdonald island though, so that makes at least 20% trollplaces.

We don't mind if you want to advertise your site in the Chat forums, but pasting a link in your replies to other threads isn't right.

Thanks all for the warm welcomes!

Your article continually contain lots of really up to date details. Exactly where would you come up with this? Simply stating you are really inspiring. Many thanks

Not sure whether bot or not?

Sup, bro. I'm the pro pro here (but don't ask me to do Elite. I can NOT do elite), and I'm an Eraser player! I hail from Australia and have been frequenting the forums for about 3 days now (no joke!).

Pleasure to meet you, newbie! What's your character? What's your music? Any other games you play?
Audiosurf is like a mix of tetris, need for speed and pot... Look at all the colours, dude!

HAHAH FOR REAL!? That's insaneee! When I first bought it I only played Ninja and the lowest DV. But the last few weeks I've only played Eraser Pro! I've tried out Eraser Elite a bit but I just don't enjoy it as much because I'm not as good at it!

Most of the music I play seems to be pretty unpopular. I'm playing through my entire music library and just writing the scores down so I know what songs I have to go back to get the throne later! Hahah! But it's mostly post-hardcore, punk or anything heavy, but I enjoy trance and electro tracks heaps!

I've barely been playing anything else lately but Audiosurf and Minecraft. Hanging out for MW3 later this year though!

Where abouts in Australia you live dude?

lol I was a bit misleading, there. I've been FREQUENTING the forums for about 3 days, but I'm coming on 2 years that I've been a member :P so I've been playing for some time, now.

If you're into heavy things, MetaLsurfeR and I have had a bit of a comp going on for top place in Godsmack and Disturbed songs. He generally plays Pointman and I generally play Eraser, but I'm taking more and more of a liking to pusher.

I'm a Sydneysider. Where are you from?
