The process grows it in strips of about 15cm, though the first products will be processed as such, being sausages and burgers.

That pretty much suits me perfectly. Hehe.

Managed to read the article. They are exercising the muscle in the meat, so the texture should be the same. As you mention the colour isn't the same but even if they can't solve that in a more natural fashion, there's plenty of safe red food colouring methods.

Also, loved the quote about panda burgers. XD

Using similar 'shark fins' could be produced to stop hunting of those by some countries, could pave the way for some very different farming techniques and diets.
