As a quick fix, turning off sound effects has worked for some people so you may want to try that. When you load up a screen, select "no sounds"

It may be a USB device issue. If you have something like a Guitar Hero controller plugged in, this may be causing the trouble.

If you are having a crash come up when you try to play the game, it may be something to do with the initial video that starts up and needing a codec for it, or needing Windows Media Player. You can try deleting the videos from Audiosurf to see if that works.

Some people are having graphics problems who have this card. You can try running it in normal or enhanced graphics mode instead of premium (hit escape while playing to change) and/or make sure anti-aliasing is off.

Plug something into both of the USB ports at the back of the keyboard, so both of the ports have something in them.
My game only starts when I have something plugged into both ports. (In my case, my mouse and my joystick)
