Audiosurf is slower than before

Hello,I've been playing Audiosurf for a while now,and everything worked fine.
But today when i wanted to play it, Audiosurf slowed all effects,including the ride itself down.
For example when i take up a block it takes double as long as before.
Might there be some key or option that i accidentially pushed?

Have you tried verifying the game through Steam?

I did so 3 times,first time Steam found 8 files to download,second time 4 files,3rd time it was ok.
However,i just fixed it by restarting my pc,but I really can't explain what went wrong.
I also noticed that all graphic effects,no matter whether ingame or just on my desktop slowed down.
So something is really wrong with my pc.

Run an antivirus scan etc, or nuke'n'pave (reinstall windows) should help.
