Mysterious purple block

Hi, if I play a song that goes downwards already at the beginning, i spot a mysterious purple block right there.

(Please ignore the bad screenshot quality, I had to record AS with HyperCam to get them. I'm not that fast  ;))

I've seen it a few times, you can't collect it though.
