I just say it in simple words what I've exactly requested here:

A 3D environment instead of only a skybox - you already have understood it very well

Especially vladtepesdrac has understood very well what I meant. His post explained it very well what I mean!:

I like the current environment/background stuff in AS, it's got a very psychedelic feel, but it's very repetitive and not that exciting - doesn't help give you an idea of orientation and stuff. Like when you're going down a hill, you lose that feeling pretty fast. If a large "map" could be generated, with very detailed and variable areas, all oriented on one plane - the game experience would be taken to a whole new level. Keep it psychedelic, make it a visual trip even more than it is right now. Make it actually FEEL like you're in another world. Right now it still feels too much like just a "game", but I know it has huge potential to take it to such a level where it will blow peoples minds ever more.

HERE'S WHAT I MEAN:I would love to see a crazy psychedelic type landscape, with different ones on different songs. 3 Planets in the background, a dark night sky filled with stars, milky way, nebulas in the distance. Crazy futuristic buildings everywhere, floating cities, clouds made of different colours, even parts where it goes UNDERGROUND, and you have crazy crystal landscapes, tunnels, caves. Going through the planets core, rivers of lava all around. Have parts of the song where it goes REALLLLY high up past the planets atmosphere and into space, only to have a completely vertical drop back down onto the planet , imagine what a crazy trip that would be like. Going full speed down through the clouds and floating cities, right through the earth and into the caves. Twisting around huge mountain peaks, following along rivers with dense forests on each side, have creatures fly by in the distance. During the fast paced part you could ben going along a river, and then right as the big part hits and the song slows down , the rivers opens up into a huge vast ocean, and you're flying right above the water. Imagine taking the landscapes from Avatar and putting them on AS. STUFF LIKE THAT WOULD BE MIND BLASTING!!! I have the imagination for it, but not the technical skills, or else I'd love to develop it if I could!

The fact is, for current games, environments like that are a STANDARD. All amazing 3D games come with brilliantly designed environments, so much detail, it's amazing. That means that people are already quite used to designing these factors already, it shouldn't be a hard thing to add to AS. So, please dont make light of OP's request/suggestion - because if you actually take a moment to consider it, you'll see that it would probably become one of the best improvements for the game out of anything else.

Just to clarify this.

I repeat this again, because at beginning of thread you went me way too much into my side idea with the cops etc thing. This was really only a side idea and was never the main request of this thread.
