Here's a little business tip for you- THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
Wrong.
The customer can be an obnoxious **** who wants something for nothing. Besides, once you have bought the product, and it works exactly as it says it should, then the customer-supplier relationship is null.
I bought a game years ago, (plane crazy if you wish to know), which was made for Win'98. It didn't work particularly well on XP and not at all on Win7 x64. By your logic I can go to the dev's and complain and harass them to add Win7 support. Though guess what, they have no obligation to listen.
If you are paying a subscription and the game doesn't work, they yes you are a paying customer. Though for a one-off payment to receive a product that works exactly as it should - you have paid, not paying. Notice the tense, past not present.
However, that doesn't mean anyone should be closed to suggestions. Providing you are polite and not shouting about being right without actually knowing anything, then you might be listened to. When you receive an answer, specifically one which regards the technology that underpins the game and your suggestion it might be wise to listen to those who actually have a clue about how these things work.
