this happened to me when i bought the game it was easy to fix though in steam go to delete local content for both the demo and the game then go into your steamapps folder and delete anything that has to do with audiosurf and your clientregistry.blob file in your steam folder and start steam let it update reinstall audiosurf problem fixed
