Zune Pass songs issue

Zune Pass songs issue

Whenever I try to play a song I've downloaded with the Zune Pass subscription, I get a runtime error and the game crashes (right when I click the song and it starts loading). Is this because those songs are DRMed? Is there any way around this or will songs I download with Zune Pass not work on Audiosurf?

to remove the drm, burn the songs to cd, and rip them back off again

Or, if you don't have a burner or some blank CDs handy, you could find a DRM remover program online somewhere.

It's not illegal, as you legally own the songs.
