The original tournament had the following rule:

- We use ironmode

Im not seeing the above listed anywhere this time round, which is a bit concerning as otherwise we have to learn two tracks for every song. Is this rule still applicable or not?

You can use IM if you like, because for some songs IM performs better, for others not. Which means you need to use your intuition to chose weather you need it on or not. Though IM only really degrades mono scores, so not to worry that much.

I keep receiving a "This application is not available" error when trying to launch the desktop app.

It will work at midnight GMT. The tournament hasn't started yet ;)

"This program requires flash.ocx, which is no longer included in this version of Windows"

I Googled that up, and it sounds like you need to install Flash Player for Internet Exploder.

Easy as clicking this link in IE.

GMT. Greenwich Mean Time. London time (damn Europeans).

Also, it's 1:02 AM in Dublin on the 27th and I still get Application Unavailable messages. I WAS NINJA'D TWICE, DON'T JUDGE ME.

IMPORTANT!

You MUST use the application when changing characters or your score WILL be lost, which will be very sad

Err... People?

"This program requires flash.ocx, which is no longer included in this version of Windows"

I'm running Win7 Ultimate Signature Edition, btw.
Eh, I get that too, but it doesn't do anything apparently.

It should ask you "did this application work correctly?" after you quit it. If you click "yes" it shouldn't tell you about the missing DLL again.

Im disappointed, as this is a bit of a step backward compared to the original tournament, but i also think most others dont care so ill leave it at that.
