You dethroned me, you fool!

Haha, seriously though that was amazing.  Tell me this, though - where do your eyes focus on the screen when you do that?  In ninja mono I have a tendency to look way ahead and plan my path (a habit I picked up from DDR) while I'm playing.  This is a bit tougher when you have to focus on the puzzle at the same time, so my eyes jump all over the screen when I play pusher.  Might seem like a weird question, but I think it's a legitimate part of the strategy...

I always feel a little bad taking the top spot, but that was fun!

Exactly, keep your eyes out far ahead and glimpse at the grid only as needed. I think of it like mountain biking - you plan for upcoming rocks while threading your tire through roots.

I don't mind - you are clearly the better player.  At least for now.  In the mean time, I shall use your advice and perfect my pusher skills with the demo, then reclaim my spot with pusher elite during beta 3!  Oh the joys of this game :D

Nice analogy though, at least now I know I'm not crazy.  My brain still hurts from all the colors... perhaps I was just born to play mono.

Great run.  People who are good at Pusher are some mythical beast to me.  I can't imagine my brain working fast enough to process any meaningful strategy there.

Gotta ask. What controls are you using there? It seems to move like nothing I've seen before, a hybrid of slow-but-accurate with some serious craft-jerking at times. Either you move your mouse really far, or there's something else going on there...

Hell, the beginning of the song looked so robotic, I was about to ask if it was scripted! Wasn't until I saw the intense parts of the song that I knew it was for real :P

Mouse :)

The really jerky parts are when indecision takes over.

Do we see different charts? I don't see you anywhere there for some weird reason...

Well, I kinda figured the mouse :P

But I mean, are you using additional software or controls or something? Are you using the default mouse speed (which is just too slow to work right, IMHO, which prompted the question)? I just saw a lot of really smooth movement in the beginning of that song, and on my settings, there is no such thing as "smooth" :P

Wow, great ride, Dylan. I guess the only way for me to get so good is to train a lot. However it's easy to find the motivation to train  ;D
