I just installed Audiosurf on my Win7 machine, and I can't play my .m4a audio files that worked fine in Vista. When I try to load a song, I get the following error message: "Quicktime is required to play the song you selected, but it isn't installed. Get quicktime here (free) :
www.apple.com".
I have a perfectly vanilla itunes+qt install on my machine, the only thing I might have done is played with QTs file associations. I can launch QT fine and play my audio files directly in that.
Any suggestions? It would be nice to know how audiosurf detects the presence of QT, because I might just be able to fake it.
EDIT: Tried validating my game cache in Steam. It finds 4 files to update, but QT still isn't detected.
EDIT2: Reinstalling the game didn't help either
