Profile -> Look and Layout Preferences (left hand side) -> Change link next to Current Theme.

Ah, there it is. None of them look that great though, and I've got used to the default one

I switched it to the SMF default.

i heard a lot of people said it was disappointing that all apple did was reveal an extra large Ipod touch, in similar news a XL dsi is in the making, i wonder how that's going...

Yeah, some people were hoping for a version of Mac OS on it, which would have been an infinitely better product, even with all OS X's failings.

As to the DSi XL, it's just a large DSi with the old single resistive touch-screen. Not really anything to shout about, just goold 'ole Ninty squeezing every last penny from the DS franchise. Wink
