Yeah, some people were hoping for a version of Mac OS on it, which would have been an infinitely better product, even with all OS X's failings.

As to the DSi XL, it's just a large DSi with the old single resistive touch-screen. Not really anything to shout about, just goold 'ole Ninty squeezing every last penny from the DS franchise.
