So I was looking at the AudioSurf official Steam group, and I clicked on the "Avatars" pane, looking for the Eraser Pro avatar. Deciding I didn't like it, I scrolled down to see if there were any other interesting avatars to see, and I found:

Who is he?

Looks like a cut character to me.

If you look through the screenshots in ViRUS' thread (such as this one: http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2440041740103682102tTPSVp), you'll note that early versions of the scoreboards had this in place of Pusher. It seems to be an early version that was discarded.

That was the original Pusher avatar, but it didn't make the cut.  I just put it up on the official group for kicks.
