Yes, we already had one of those and yes, I feel we needed another one.

No rules, just try to keep the story as "rational" as possible, if you want to quote the previous poster go ahead, if you don't then just don't do it, I'll be sure to "arm" the story every few posts so everyone can read it, so you should always go to the last page to read the whole thing.
