Hi all, first post and all, and it's going to sound like i'm just here to whine about how short the demo is. Let me clarify that actually this is a suggestion for the demo until the real version is released.
So right now the limit is 5 songs, ever. I think this limit is too low to really try out songs on it, and if nothing else the user should be warned before they start playing through their collection, as the "Save the best til last" mentality will obviously fall flat on it's face here. However i digress.
So my suggestion would be to allow people to either load up 3 songs/5 songs and play them as much as they want (Once they're preloaded they can be played as much as you want sort of thing) or to allow people to play 3/5 songs per day.
So before people start calling me bad things and telling me i'm just in it for myself and my addiction, hear me out. I feel that if you let people play more, they will become even more hyped up about the game, and be more likely to buy it, more likely to spread the word etc. Right now people play their 5 songs and get hit with the brick wall that is the demo expired message. At that point the user loses interest.
I understand that you don't want to essentially give people a full version to play, because then nobody would buy the actual game, but i feel the current demo is too restrictive.
