Photosensitive epilepsy warning
« on: January 22, 2008, 08:37:11 am »
Shouldn't the game have a warning on the title screen concerning photosensitive epilepsy? I'm not a doctor, so Dylan should consult this with a neurologist or other specialist, but I've read that seizures can be caused by certain rhytmically changing patterns of colour.

Probably would be a good idea, just in case...

Yes, it would be awful if the company got sued for that.

That too, but I was thinking more along the lines of poor kids getting epileptic seizures from playing the game  ;)

You from the US by any chance Lockett :P

Yer it might be a good idea to put something up, even if its only a first time run thing. In all honest quite a few games should have it really.

This is the first thing I thought of while playing the game. i use to have seizures as a kid and there not fun. Lucky for me there gone now and nothing seems to trigger them =]

I don't wanna see the dev team getting sued.

perhaps they could put it somewhere in the white background where you see 'www.Audio-surf.com' at the very beginning

Or, it could appear after that, the way that it's supposed to.
