Noon, I don't know if this answers your question, but a music label has monetized your video. There are links to Amazon and iTunes. It's EMI because it is the copyright owner of the song. Maybe that has something to do with your second video not being uploaded. I suggest that you visit the YouTube forums to ask the question regarding why your video hasn't been able to be uploaded. I don't think the AS forum is the ideal venue to ask such a question. The link to the YouTube forums is shown below:
