Hi there!  I have two bugs to show.

First, the statistic files doesn't seem to work.

Second :

See those gibberish?  Well, those are accents like éèêàâë etc.  If audiosurf stumble one of those, it crashes the game.

The song was "Dégénérations" by "Mes Aïeux".

Beside that, no problems.  Works perfectly.

The statistics files aren't heavily tested. They worked as far as I checked them though, I'll have another look.

I released this BEFORE Audiosurf supported Unicode, if the filename contains unicode characters (as the one shown appears to) then Audiosurf won't find the file and therefore crashes.
Easy fix is to change the filename, I've no plan to fix this problem at the moment, sorry, but the source code is available if you want a go yourself. ;)

Hi there!  I have two bugs to show.

I can't find this problem, I've done a lot of checking. Statistics always show correctly when ticked from what I can see.
More information please.

Second :

Fixed.

I'm getting an error that crashes Audiosurf (but keeps your app running), saying "that the application has requested to terminate it in a strange way".  This happened while I was trying to use a setlist with songs located on another device on the network, but anything on the same PC as Audiosurf works fine. Is there a fix for this I could use?

Audiosurf doesn't respond well to network locations. Unless it's mapped to a drive it can't play it at all, and sometimes fails even then.

It's beyond SPS' spec to provide for this unfortunately, so the only real option is to copy the files to your hard drive first, sorry.

Ah, that's too bad. But I'll probably just hook the drive up directly to my computer sometime. It'd work then, right?

maybe try 'map network drive' and assigning it a drive letter, but that might fail as Mincus said

connecting the drive directly would work

Do this. It worked when I did it. Perfectly fine (apart from the song stopping randomly, but that was the fault of the machine the file was on)

Green = listening, red = surfing

I'm not very good with that sort of thing, is it just that option when you click "tools" while viewing the drive?

And of course, now I'm having problems with it.

I just had a new PC built, and went to install Audiosurf and this app. However, I can't get the app to run on that new PC, it encounters an error and closes. "The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)." So I went and (re)downloaded it on my old machine, and the same thing happens. I really don't know what to do to fix it.

Edit: AS Prodder doesn't work either. What could be causing that?
