Banking camera & Sidewinder -> Menu & Some words about DV

Please make banking camera & sidewinder settings to be selectable from menu (e.g., having two ticks near Ironmode).
As for the scores, the score table should be the same but there should be a switch to show only users with the same camera settings as you rode the song.

And plz make Double Vision have Eraser's ability, it would increase tactical value of DV. Also a support for 2 mice would be nice (like in Ricochet Infinity).

As far as I know, Eraser still has it.  But I don't play Eraser.
