I did my first Bizarro on "Cast Down the Heretic" by Nile, and with Vegas. I don't remember the second one (I don't think it was intentional either:D)

You know, I was wondering about that too. Aren't Pusher Elite and the DV characters the only ones for which this is even possible? I can count on my fingers the number of times I've played both characters combined.

No, I play Mono only, I have the achievement 1888 times.  I think you shouldn't even have to worry about trying to get this achievement, you'll probably get it soon enough.
