While we're on the subject of YouTube (it's been about a week), you can download the MP4 versions of videos to put on your PSP (lousy FLV files)

Look near the bottomish(?) for a file ending in "_highquality.mp4"

Dunno if you can do it if there's no download link, didn't bother to check
