Hi there.
So far I´m using WinXP.
I used your AddOn a couple of times(God, the time using it was so nice <3) in the last days, but since yesterday I can´t get to the addon-screen anymore. If I´m starting it, it´s visible as a Tab in the Win-Tab bar, but I just can´t make the screen of the AddOn visible(Meaning I can minimize it, but not restoring it up the desktop - Altough minimizing is only working through right-click ´cause I don´t have a window with buttons for it).
Do ya´ eventually know why this is happening? =(

Ty

Start YAAP, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, click "Processes", find "Yet Another Audiosurf Player.exe" and click "End process", then click "Yes".

Start YAAP again and answer "Yes", it should then work normally.

Please take in mind that doing this will require you to configure YAAP again (as in, your playlists folder, and such).

The (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED) error that has previously been reported is due to recent document tracking being disabled. I have tested this and confirmed it on Win7 x64 home premium.

Enable document tracking by selecting it the Start Menu Properties and the error goes away. Disable tracking and the bug reappears.

It is also discussed, and hence confirmed for other apps, here too:

Cool tool. My only problem is that I really wish it supported M3U playlists.

Well that's silly, that that's what needs to be done. Still, good to see a solution.

I was guided to this link from my previous post about adding [as-nogrey] to the name/tag of the song.

Its a great software, just amazing and I appreciate your time making it.
However, it seems everyone got it working and Im missing something..
I cant upload any song onto the software...

Am I Missing something? o.O

Can't upload a song?

Do you mean load a song into the play list?

On the playlist tab, did you try clicking on the musical note icon?

I ALSO DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "UPLOADING"... AS H3X SAID, TRY CLICKING THE NOTE BUTTON OR THE FOLDER ONE IF YOU WANT TO ADD A FOLDER. THEN, ON THE TAGGING CENTRE, YOU CAN FIND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO TAG YOUR SONGS SUCCESSFULLY.

Nice Caps Lock, ViRUS.

Being near high-schoolers (and technologically incompetent teachers) every Mon-Fri, I understand what he means - and you're answering his question. I have to deal with this misuse of terminology all the time - "Upload this into My Documents." "Upload that to your flash drive." "Upload the other to the computer memory" (that last one was a mixup of RAM (memory) and HD space)

YEAH, SAME HERE, IF ONLY I'D GET A PENNY EVERY TIME SOMEONE CONFUSES "SPACE" WITHOUT KNOWING IF THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT RAM OR ACTUAL HDD SPACE ¬¬

Upload

definition 1: Open a file
definition 2: Save a file
definition 3: Move a file
definition 4: Copy a file

Common Sense

Definition : Should be renamed to rare sense as less than 10% of humans seem to possess it.

For goodness sake people, it's not that hard.

Download - something coming into your machine from a network
Upload - something LEAVING your machine through a network

Uploading has NOTHING to do with opening a file nor saving a file to your flash drive/my documents.

up·load
   /ˈʌpˌloʊd/ [uhp-lohd]
–verb (used with object)Computers.
to transfer (software, data, character sets, etc.) from a smaller to a larger computer.

So in this sense, YAAP is a bigger computer than danroh's pc

Oh and +1 for CAPS

Okay, so I'm attempting to play a song (Dismantle, Repair by Anberlin) and I'm having a tremendously annoying problem. I'm using YAAP with the tagset (Which is amazing, by the way, and you should all use it. =D):

[as-4lane] [as-monoonly] [as-nogrey] [as-nostlth] [as-bankcam] [as-mt0] [as-hidepuz] [as-steep]

My problem is that as soon as I hit two notes in the same column it tells me that I've overfilled/lost depending on whether Ironmode is off/on. I have no idea what could be causing this and it's really annoying; I've used the same list of tags on other songs with no problems but this one in particular doesn't seem to like me very much.

Thanks for the help!
