Audiosurfing a Podcast
« on: September 22, 2008, 05:49:25 pm »
It's more fun than you would think, depending on the podcast you're listening to.  I have begun converting the Control Point podcast into ~30min long sections so they will be easy to surf, but not too long, and you can download them here: http://www.moddb.com/groups/control-point

Awesome, however, ive allready heard most of the old podcasts, is there any chance you could work on the most recent couple of episodes before you continue with the old ones?

yes, i can do that.  however, it will only be the most recent, or the 2 most recent, because i would like to get most of them out in order.

And, I just saw the thread on desyncing after about 15-20 minutes, that will not cause a problem with these, for anyone who might have been worried.  Even if it did happen, you wouldn't be able to tell, unless they start playing a song with distinguishable beats.

Be thankful for that, you don't need to be thorough in checking the timing in order to enjoy the ride.

I'll have to try that sometime. I'm still planning to audiosurf "Tubular Bells" later. I have it as two 25-minute MP3s
