Yes. 988GT is their product code. And that product contains nVidia's 8800GT. You clearly know fuck all about graphics cards.
They all have their own product names, but that's not what the card actually is. Look at your own link. Their product names are ELSA GLADIAC™ 960GT PW 512B3 2DT RH, ELSA GLADIAC™ 960GT 512B3 2DT RH etc. There's no actual "960GT" card, that's just their way of naming it. Unfortunately Elsa's product names are pretty close to the actual card's name so you're most likely going to miss the whole point anyway.
You could go to Elsa and ask to buy a 960GT, but what you would actually get is an nVidia 9600GT card. It's like office's internal IDs. Or any sort of shop. If you've ever used a magazine, or even ordered a takeaway, on the phone it's like "I'll have a 96, with some 81" etc, because those IDs are actually meals on their menu. If you've been in line at any fast food restaurant you can hear them shout out what you order, but it's in their own special "language", if you will, so they know what they're talking about.
This particular card was made a joke to be a new line of graphics cards for Elsa, called the 988GT, presumably featuring nVidia's (made up) 9880GT card.
