6.12.08 patch mod changes

These were left off the Steam changelog for some reason:
--tileflyup custom texture now works on black background
--reports ash file to extension window
--asreport songcomplete now only sent once per finished song
--window commands are queued when multiple received per frame

Yeah, I'll see how MyAudioSurf likes it! Thanks Dylan.

Edit: I can confirm that it actually accepts the settings I send upon recieval of "asreport oncharacterscreen"
I'll give it a big test tomorrow by removing all delays and such, and I'll try and see if the queuing of quick commands works fine now aswell. Again, thank you, those fixes just made MyAudioSurf a little bit more userfriendly again.
