Because it's about me and breaking no rules. As it's personal and directed towards me you should of asked. When I made a thread about giZm being gay, Dylan PM'd giZm asking if he wanted the thread removed, you should of done likewise.
You should check who locked that thread!
So all of a sudden you're the voice of the hundreds who visit this forum? You know what everyone wants? That's dictatorship speech if I've ever heard it.
Do you think the same when you flame people? When you're a moderator, you have to think about what everyone wants. If my decisions were bad, those threads would of been unlocked, right?
That's not what it said at all. You're doing exactly what I said above, you're twisting it to fit your own needs trying to justify the lock. Go and actually read what Laser said.
Shutting off the community? How in any respect is that shutting off the community? If anything, locking it shuts off the community.
This isn't 4chan though. In jokes don't work the same way when you can't just blend into a crowd of hundreds with ease and in time, understand those injokes. Such is the power of being anonymous. When you have a few people sitting there bantering on about something you don't even understand, the first inclination for that person is to walk away. No one wants to listen to some recognised people talk about something they don't understand. It's almost like you think we derive some kind of immense pleasure from locking threads, but we honestly don't care.
And so have I. The difference is, it seems you haven't learned anything as you're still a biased, opinion-orientated mod. Look how this is escalating, and it's because of exact same thing, moderators making stupid decisions.
So you've been posting on forums since you was 7? Sure, I'll believe that. I've ended up playing a game of TF2 with a 10 year old at midnight before, and while that weirded the hell out of me, I still think it actually happened.
I suppose I could of locked this thread, but since you honestly wanted an explanation for everything and because I'm a nice guy like that I thought why not. At the end of the day, you might think it's drama, but to everyone else it's just nothing special.
Oh how ironic. How very ironic. Just a few sentences ago you're saying you know how to make the whole community happy with your decisions, and now you're using the exact same thing as an argument? Hypocrite much?
You've obviously missed the point. I was merely suggesting that while a moderator's job is to regulate a forum and make the community happy, we are only one person at the end of the day and thus we're unable to make the perfect decision. If only people would let things slide rather than be butthurt about every decision that is made, things would be a lot easier for the community as a whole.
I really made this topic with the intention of a joke.
What joke, you ask? The one that "? he just bougth a Core 2 Duo and he's so serious and... well.. unhappy even he's saying he is?" But then suddenly it became this sort of say-what-you-think-about-mods thread. Which I really like anyway...
Which bugged me too because it was going off topic within the first 3 posts, but since we're all cool moderators, we let it slide just like everything else... because that was light-humour, and not an injoke.
That's right, but, what if it does? what if i like cody jokes and i would like to keep the thread unlocked? have you ever asked the people on this forum if they like or not his jokes?
I wish I could believe that Cody has been funny at some point.
