Is it a song from Portal(seems like it by what I found searching for more stuff about Victims of Science)? How come it isn't in The Orange Box soundtrack?

Well it's not actually a song in the game or anything, it's made using portal sounds

But the guys who made it are called Victims of Science, right?
I'd like to listn to more of their stuff anyways. Remix or no remix(an amazing one indeed), it's still good music.
