I'm not sure how well an automatic tag on Last.fm would go down. The Pandora scrobbler used to add an "on Pandora" tag to everything it submitted, and the tag as banned for being useless.

Good to know. Say we stick to just scrobbling.

Something what should be fixed is the behavior in Free Ride: After I played a round in Free Ride and want to Alt-TAB to Windows, then my Audiosurf-Window's messed up and is partly shown while in Windows.

(asian) Unicode is already on the "Most requested songs" list, if you get what I mean.
Actually that was the first thing I was going to suggest but many went before me.

So yeah, it's probably coming.
As for the options screen going FUBAR, does anyone have an idea?
=_=.

Some bugs:
- You are logged in as "username" by default so you must logout and login again
- Sometimes when a song is launched with WM_COPYDATA the ingame file browser is empty.. You must wait about 20 seconds and then it will switch to the D: driver (???)
- Installing it will make your mouse speed reset to full
- There is no WM_COPYDATA to enable Ironmode

//edit

- Alttabbing out of game sometimes continues the game (or only music + fast forward on focus) even if not in freeride

Oh i totally forgot what exactly causes this to happen just now as i was about to type it :(
Ill remember in a few minutes

edit: also it didn't log me in as "username" it kept me logged in as Pwntastic

double edit: when you disable blocks in freeride, should probably turn off the block hit % as well.

kay, ill assume this shouldn't happen

turning sidewinders on did this
its actually kinda nifty playing like that. it feels like im on the edge of a cliff or something

Dylan should keep the link up for the 4.4.2008-Release of the Betapatch since the newer one has more bugs and some people may wanna use a working Betapatch for now...

Some issues which I posted in another topics already:

-The login-bug (had it, too. Relogging helped though)
-Game seemed to run with lower FPS than 4.4.2008-Release
-Some commands may be still bugged (might be from the Audiosurf-Commandline-Menu)

Meh, the only bugs i see are that login bug, which i didnt even have and you can simply log back in, and some command issues which won't affect normal players in any way

I haven't had the time to read through 5 pages so if this has been already said, ignore me.

If you have Audiosurf running in freeride mode in windowed mode and you resize the window, the window will stay white untill you stop resizing. Then when you have resized it, all the road effects are gone. Then the different elements of the road will pop up one after another.
Oh, and how can you let freeride automaticly start with the next song?
And maybe an option to set Audiosurf to always be on top would be handy?

Score submissions are now disabled for the 4.10 patch. New one coming soon to handle a possible exploit.

And I was about to report this as a bug ;(

But another thing: I really didn't see the checkbox for scrobbling at first. I entered my username + password and wondered why nothing was scrobbled. So maybe the it should checked by default or at least after you entered your last.fm info.

Good idea, I should check that automatically when you enter a username and password.

There's a new patch up on the first post.

ascommand runwithoutfocus only seems to work for one song at a time. after that it gets reset back to false.
also when i call freeride through playsongfreeride, it doesn't set runwithoutfocus like it normally would inside the game.
imo, whenever i pass a song to audiosurf, it should load in the background and then /maybe/ go back to pause until active as soon as it finishes loading

edit: and i can't quite seem to get it to load a song on pointman elite it should be playsongpointmanelite right?

edit: also i've noticed that setwindowalwaysontop removes the X button in the top corner. i'm not so sure that's a great idea. if i didnt want to be able to do that, i'd use the borderless option
on the same subject, when both alwaysontop options get set, they obviously modify the windowborder, but they don't revert back at all if they are set to false. imo, they should, but thats me

edit: actually it looks like even setting it to false removes the borders...

There's a new one linked from the first post that fixes bugs and adds stuff.

I fixed the pointmanelite and setalwaysontop bugs and added:
ascommand restorenormalwindowstyle and quickstart commands.
