Thick as a Brick by Jethro Tull. It's 43:50. It's always a pain when you stealth the song for 25 minutes and hit a grey...

edit: Played Amarok by Mike Oldfield now. It's 59:59.

23 minutes of The Most Unwanted Song


Although it's only 23 minutes, it's STUFF YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR and the sudden dips from incoming bagpipes makes it dangerous for Ironmode!

Octoman's theme from F-Zero GX (Gamecube). The version I have is about nine minutes long. Vomitron's Contra medley is just shy of that, I think. Or at least 8-1/2 minutes. I haven't done a lot of long ones.

Thick as a Brick is wonderful.

As one song, the longest I've played is Dark Star by the Grateful Dead at 23:18. Mostly uphill. Not worth it, really.

That would be a Spanish song from Mago de Oz(Yes, that's a band.) called : La cantata del Diablo (which translates to "the devil's cantata"), and it lasts 21:50 minutes.
Maybe i'll post a run of it on youtube.

I also like long songs but the condition is it must not become boring after sometime otherwise i used to change it very soon, strange but quite true.

if it comes to high traffic, Dirty Electricity by IAYD is longest song i played with 9:10 as lenght. it has not even a gap

So far "Echoes" by Pink Floyd is possibly my longest one. Clocking in at around 24 mins. I also have my eye on doing "Atom Heart Mother" by Floyd too, (which is, again, about 24 mins long). Echoes wasn't too stressful.

i like playing The Daily Dose of Dubstep rips from ukf radio over in GB. All of those rips are at least an hour long.
