Start menu lag

Ok its not technically a bug, but you shoudl add some feedback on the main menu. When i click start it doesnt do anythign to show that i've actually clicked it and it takes 3 or 4 seconds for it to respond so i end up clicking like 3 times. not a big thing, but make it flash or somethign when i click

Also it needs to remember whether or not i'm in windowed mode. I can go into windowed mode and it wont remember that at all, but i think that's part of an issue somebody else already mentioned

I agree about the start button.  I'm sure theres a reason that the splash app is there but if it is at all possible I'd say remove it and put the start game in the main app.
