I think there should be an album or playlist mode where you play songs in a row without a pause in between.
Also, you get a 30% bonus for not hitting any grey blocks in mono mode.  What about 20% if you only hit 1, or 10% if you only hit 2?

YAAP provides this to an extent, though there's still a gap when the next song loads.

Continuing the trend, how about -10% for hitting 4 and -20% for hitting 5?
