Neither did I, I managed to get a score of -1650.  A bit more practice, as it is either incomplete, or something, but either way, I did not notice any instructions.

maybe you need to try and get the lowest score? in which case you're currently winning

after you made a match! you have to press on the space bar to get the points!

That audiosurf flash is pretty cool, but only mono. Arg.
