 speaking of which, i can only use my emailaddy once, so why cant i use just my emailaddy, to mail me my user/pass combination or password, since it seems to be the standard way on most private communities, for when you forget your pass (or when you wanna change it to something random for security )

Hi. Having some trouble with logging in to the game.  I had to uninstall and reinstall the game so all my login info was erased.  I can't for the life of me remember my password and the reset password isn't working for me.  I'd really rather not create a new account so any help is appreciated.

Audiosurf uses a different credentials set to Steam, your Steam pass won't work when logging into Audiosurf.

I figured it out. I just got defeated on a song and used that to figure out what my credentials were!

this doesn't work for me! im so confused!! i havent confirmed my password on emails yet cuz they didnt send me an email to activate my account. how do i get them to resend?

I have also requested for a password reset but haven't got a email for 1 day now.

I have tried with all my emails and one of them still had an older email about my score being beaten in it, so it had to be right.

I wonder if the password reset emails are known to be late or something has gone wrong? Who can I contact if everything fails?

Try looking in your spam box, or adding @audio-surf.com to your safe list. Then requesting the reset email again.

I have completely forgotten my username for Audiosurf, and I can't seem to make a new account since it says my email address is in use....

I've tried requesting the information but without the correct username I'm not getting anything.
Any ideas?

i have been trying to get back on my audiosurf account for about 2 hours now and its getting rediculous...
i cant make a new account because i refuse to make a new email account just because the game developers can't do their jobs right.
I have a set of 10 passwords which i randomly assign to games and i have been through all of them and i know my email and i know my password but there is not a single way to find out your username.
i wouldnt mind if there was a way of deleting accounts from email addresses and starting anew but thats not even possible.

any admin on this im assuming can read my email address anyway...its hidden from public not all mighty super powers....so im asking in my nicest...2 hours of trying to break into something i bought a long while ago voice....can someone delete my account so i can start again OR just email me my bloody username.

Do you have any 'you have been dethroned' e-mails lying around? You might recognise your username if you visited one of those.
