you must always consider the possibility that it is not audiosurf that is the problem.

he was using the wrong password to begin with, and then the password reset tool wasnt working for him because he used a fake email address to sign up for his audiosurf account. so he ended up resetting his password with no way of finding out what it was reset to.

moral of the story: use a real email address

I haven't played Audiosurf for sometime now and I forgot my username and pass but I'm sure about the email that I used for that account. Is there a way for me get a hold of my account or just delete my account so I can still use my email for it. I hope what I said makes sense.

Calm down, and I believe Dylan changed it so you get sent an email with a link that if clicked, will change your password.  So, as long as you don't click the link, your password will stay the same.

You mean as long as someone doesn't have access to your email account, and 90% of the time people only use 1 or 2 passwords for everything so they more then likely have access to that anyway.

why would somebody knowing your email address imply they also knew the password to that email address?

Oh, have I miss-judged how password resetting works?

Can anyone fill in the form to reset anyone else's password? I thought you had to put in the account password in the form or something, lol. My mistake, that is kind of bad though.

what would be the point in a password reset page that required your password? LOL FAIL

This is only a problem for those who use things like gmail or phone company email.  People who use things like MS Outlook don't have that problem.
