ThrillRide

A more "roller-coaster" feel, ThrillRide has corkscrews and loops. Same rules as EasyRide\FreeRide.

To elaborate, more than 1 corkscrew allowed and extra turns chained together in the same direction.

Thrill Ride character sounds awesome.  Banking camera, tight turns, steep track, loops...

Pirate Mono

Pirate Mono plays like Ninja Mono only there are no gray blocks and there are five lanes to grab all the colors you can. Matching is almost instant.

Love, love, love this. Mono feels so unnatural because of the grey blocks, and Free Ride has sound issues and limited particle effects. I think it should be renamed to fit its Free Rider-esque gameplay though, Like:
Casual Rider
- Has a relatively small amount of traffic, hitting single cars tend to represent multiple notes/beats. 3 Lanes.

Pro Rider
- Has a moderate amount of traffic, 4 lanes.

Elite Rider
- Has the highest amount of traffic, 5 lanes.

For this to work (score-wise), missing cars should be punished and high percentages should be awarded with bonuses (Ex: 90% of notes hit = +20% of your points)

Tetris

- 5 or 6 lanes
- No single blocks but cluster of blocks directed like the typical tetris blocks
- slow Traffic

Abilities:

Left-Click: Turn all upcoming blocks about 90° left
Right-Click: Turn all upcoming blocks about 90° right

Double Viewer
Same as Double Vision, except when player 1 overfills, only player 1 needs to respawn. Player 2 can continue collecting blocks. And vice versa.

Triple Vision
Double vision, except for 3 players. (1 person uses mouse, the second person uses A and D and the third person uses the arrow keys.

Let's just add this idea that's been lurking in my head for a while:

Cycler:

A simple premise, left clicking shifts all of the blocks on your grid for the lane you're currently in down one position, with the bottommost block going to the top of the stack, right click does the opposite. To make this a little more useful, it'd need a 28 block grid like pusher elite's.

That's the whole idea, the beauties of it come down when you think about how it meshes with the chain combo system. Since the combo will never drop if there's a match forming, you can keep cycling the blocks in a column around to keep forming and unforming a match to allow you to maintain comboes through large empty spaces where even pointman can't keep it up.  Also, whites would be easy points. This is counterbalanced by the fact that you can't shift blocks left or right the way that the big two top scorers can, making managing huge influxes of colours difficult.

Unless you add a cooldown longer than it takes to form a match, this would make the character FAR too easy, since you could just keep cycling and get constant match21s with no loss of chain through any song regardless of traffic.
Adding a cooldown wouldn't change the character too much, but would prevent it being so over-powered.

I'd argue that getting a match21 without any lane control is quite difficult, but I see what you mean. But at the same time, I'd argue that this level of over-poweredness already exists with pointman and pusher with their respective tricks. It's something that could only really be decided by testing it, and testing it a lot. It may prove totally overpowered in quiet songs due to it's cain nature, but then, it'd tricky to handle when you make a mess, and the clean finish would be rather difficult to do without planning.

what do you think about Eraser and Eraser Elite, i suppose that this character have many people who love him xD...

for example, in Elite, Eraser have 24 cluster to do matches (looks like pusher, but the difference betewen them, are them skills), and i was thinking, why does eraser have and opportunity to have competition with pointman elite or pusher elite?

BtW: click right erase any block color, and clic left: (well i dont have idea about that -_-U)

and have 100% bonus or 75% if you leave the board clean ...

if anyone have a good idea about eraser, help me ^^

see ya!

Eraser elite doesn't have a 24 block grid, this is one of this failings.

You might well ask, to think I never noticed that the entire time I learnt to play elite mode. Oh well, he still needs a buff though.
