Mirrormen-Just like Double-V except...(and there's a big difference)
Ability:Each Mirrorman has a button that when held down will attempt to flip that block to the other side.
It costs points and drops into the board normally if it wouldn't make a match...
BUT, if that block would make a match if flipped to the other side of the board, (lane1 flips to lane4, lane2 to lane3) then the match is made for increased points...those points are given to the mirrorman who flipped the block.
Ease of Use (by 1 or 2 players):Also, to make Mirrormen easy to use by 1 or 2 people, players are asked if they are playing alone or with a friend when they choose Mirrorman.
With 1 Player the Controls for Flipping blocks to the other side are mapped to the mouse buttons. (and the comma + period as usual)
With 2 Players the Left Mirrorman's flip button is the space-bar...
and the right Mirrorman's button is both mouse buttons.
(to prevent confusion with players who play Mirrormen alone and would be used to using the Right mouse button for the right Mirrorman)
Balance:For balance (as defined by potential to get High-Scores) the Mirrormen would get a lowered amount of points for normal matches.
Clarification:And to clarify Double-V style matches that cross the middle of the board, they would be worth what is the base amount for most characters.
(they wouldn't be decreased in points like the other no-flip matches made by the Mirrormen)
Unrequired but Useful Extra Feature for Multiplayer Characters:And something I'm sure many people would like for any multiplayer character of any type is that the amount of points each person made be viewable after the song is finished.
(how it shows the 2 smaller point counters on Double-V for each player)
Comment:Hopefully this is something that wouldn't be too hard to code (meaning all us Audio-Surf players could get our hands on it sooner!
Completely Unrelated Comment:Now please read all the above again; while pretending it was being read to you by a certain droid named HK-47.
