Include own MP3 decoder

I noticed, that Audiosurfs results of generating levels from MP3 files depend on what DirectShow filter and sound hardware is used, but when I use OGG or FLAC, the results are the same everywhere. So I think it would be better to include a filter which Audiosurf will use on MP3 tracks. This would also increase compatibility with wine.
