Well, Mono can score rather well; it just has a limit to how much it can score.
Really, the rest of them are limitless. But Double Vision's scoring potential with a 24-block grid, two sources to grab blocks, and a whole extra column, seems to stand out from the rest. I used to play Eraser, but I've murdered just about every score I've obtained with it by using Double Vision.

That was in the low 100k region before Double Vision cleaned up.
