Hello out there !

I've just released "Galaxy Surfer" !
This track was made for a (sadly only imaginary and non-existent) space Shoot'em up. I'm a big fan of R-Type, Gradius, Armalyte, Soeldner-X and many, many other great games of this genre - and the soundtrack is always an important part of this kind of games. So i composed a track which could fit in a production like this...and it fits well in my opinion...
During the composing and recording sessions i've played this track in "Audiosurf" and it works well with this, too. So i released it as a free HQ download - to give other Audiosurf players the chance to "play" this track !

"Evil Wins" by the Recluse definitely needs to go in Audiosurf Radio! It's pretty challenging to play, but you get those quiet bits as a breather between the more intense sections.

"Fight Scene WIP" - any idea when it'll be completed? It's coming along well.

Out of the Lupin tracks my favourite is probably "Song".

I agree about Evile Wins. Works VERY well with the game.

Well, I've got Fight Scene (Actually, that should be First Battle) on the OCR forums for feedback, and I'm hoping I can get it on the site. So, it's mostly done when I feel confident that the admins will give it a NO(resubmit) or better, but definitely not a NO. And it's completely done when and if it gets on the site.

Nice to see this topic got sticky'd... If one of the devs could get in touch with me and let me know what the algorithm looks for things like corkscrews and other cool effects that'd help. Or if someone has already deduced it just send me a PM on the forums.

Why make it private? This is something we could all know.

I believe when a song is bumpy, it's likely to be uphill, and when it's softer (and/or louder) it's more likely downhill. If you want rolling hills, make the key instrument loud, with notes that are held for a while until the next is played. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

I have noticed personally if you use heavy sidechain compression on kicks in electronic songs, the track tends to bump LOTS!

My work never really strives for any typical genre, I usually produce a fusion of ideas. Here is a sample of some work that is an energetic blend of breaks, ambient, industrial,  house->hardhouse, dnb, dubstep, progressive and glitchhop. I like to mix in different samples from movies and shows to layer various philosophies, often with a somewhat cynical nihilism.
